countdown continues: in 2 short days I will be in the windy city visiting sister for the quarter-century party! Sister always makes good points as to why this trip will be such a success... here is an example (an email she sent this morning to Jess and I)

Subject: reasons you should come to Chicago this weekend
1) I’m here (duh)
2) 3 hours of all the booze you can drink for the low cost of $27
3) Frolicking about to various other booze and food establishments
4) A good chance to get out of the cornfields for a weekend
5) Bonding time with your former and future roommate
6) Celebrate move out of parent’s house

So, there you have it. 6 OUTSTANDING and CREATIVE reasons that you should come with ash this weekend. Call off McDonalds!! (but could you bring me a southwest salad? Those are tasty) (directed at Jess cause she is a crew bitch) Come on! Its time to live it up!!

I have created my own witty list as to why I am excited for a road trip

other reasons Chicago is fun:
1) dad registered his IPASS for my car = no tolls
2) every road trip needs a mixed cd
3) having other drivers be jealous of my sweet car
4) a partner in crime (jess) would be nice to have on the way there
5) reminiscing about Anne's "glory days"
6) Challenging myself to consume more than $27 of alcohol
7) SOUVENIRS! I love gifts from other cities
8) Finally seeing sister's apt - after all, she's been there since May!
9) hearing a live version of "RUN IT" instead of sister always texting me or drunk dialing to sing it to me

Well I can't leave this list at 9 reasons....
